Site Plan -

1) Show connectivity between the Red Line & Blue Line transit stations to the employee door.

·        2) That connectivity should show existing and/or proposed sidewalks within right of ways around the building.

·        3) The sidewalks connecting from the right of way to the employee door as well as sidewalks from onsite parking to door(s).

·        4) Consideration: move the building closer to the OC right of way (within 50 feet).

·       5)  Add considerably more landscape material to screen parking lot, enhance the office area and on the building façade. Materials should include a mix of large groupings of evergreens, deciduous shrubs and trees, and organized in a more natural pattern to bring down the scale of the building.

·        6) Eliminate rain garden on E 75th and replace it with mounding and plantings in a more naturalized arrangement; there and along the northern half of the loading dock area.

Architecture

·       7)  Consider painting an accent color that compliments the building color and ties into the office section of the building.

·        8) Consider the opportunity to add brighter colors to the office portion of the building.

·       9)  Revise or reorient the spacing of the windows on the office section. Consider adding spandrel glass to infill blank space on office section for a more complete & cohesive look.

Signage will be reviewed separately.

Two additional voting members were in attendance, not reflected on the meeting motion form: Dawn Glasco and Marlane Weslian, who both both voted to approve the project.
